This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jokihat P.S. Case No.207 of 2017 (G.R. No. 2220 of 2017), disclosing offences under Sections 341,363,366A/34of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the First Information Report of kidnapping the victim stands supported by the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. I do not feel inclined to entertain this application for anticipatory bail, in view of the seriousness of the allegation.

This application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76708 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
