2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.Case No. 12 of 2024.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons, caught hold of the informant and the petitioners hit him with iron rod and farsa, as a result of which the head of the informant was ruptured. The accused persons also robbed Rs.30,000/- form the packet of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68931 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are agnates and are persons of clean antecedents.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.Case No.12 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
