The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 386, 506, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
As per F.I.R., two co-accused, who were apprehended on spot in drunken condition, disclosed the name of petitioner, as owner of the vehicle, in which, they were travelling. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no liquor has been recovered from the car and only on disclosure made by co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Case No. 58 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
