The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 386, 506, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per F.I.R., two co-accused, who were apprehended on spot in drunken condition, disclosed the name of petitioner, as owner of the vehicle, in which, they were travelling. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no liquor has been recovered from the car and only on disclosure made by co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.66552 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ - V (Excise-II), Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 58 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
