Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murder of his son for property dispute, however, during investigation, it revealed that due to torture of the petitioner, the victim committed suicide. Wife of the deceased is informant of this case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2018. Investigation of the case is already compete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
