2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2023 in connection with J.A.M. P.S. Case No. 1205 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, around 99 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise II, Jamui in connection with J.A.M. P.S. Case No. 1205 of 2023.
