2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 7/14 of the Foreign Act, 1946.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is owner of the Ashish Guest House, in which, it is alleged that one Chinese lady was staying without valid document/passport. It is further alleged that said guest house was not registered with C.-Form.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be owner of the Guest House. The petitioner is running his guest house with valid documents and he was not aware about the foreigner, who was staying in the guest house. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
