2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 29.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 59402 of 2022.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagha Mahila P.S. Case No. 63 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

6. In paragraph 10 of the deposition of the victim girl, it has come that the victim and the petitioner have got married.

7. Considering the period of custody and the other intervening circumstances, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge (POCSO) West Champaran, Bettiah/ concerned Court in connection with Bagha Mahila P.S.
