JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners seek bail in Andar P.S. Case No. 116/2018, instituted for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the informant had appeared on 27.11.2018 and had submitted that other case is also pending against these petitioners. Thereafter supplementary affidavit has been filed by petitioners stating therein that one case is pending against them as mentioned in para 2 of supplementary affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that deponent, who is son-in-law of petitioner no. 1, could not mention aforesaid fact on account of lack of knowledge.

No.67824 of 2018(3) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 In the instant case, there is allegation that one Ranjit Kumar gave knife blow to son of informant several times due to which he became seriously injured and subsequently died. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are merely alleged to be present at the place of occurrence armed with deadly weapon.
Petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IXth, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 116/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
