The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 130.675 ltrs of wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to cash deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) in the Court below and on deposit of the same, the Court below shall

No.61507 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 release the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.

The cash deposit of Rs. 50,000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
