The present revision application has been preferred against the order dated 31.10.2018 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Cr. Appeal No. 71 of 2018 preferred against the order dated 28.08.2018 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Madhubani, arising out of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 40/2017 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 POCSO Act.
On earlier date, Lower Court Records was called for, which has been perused.
Considering the nature of allegation against the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1427 of 2018(8) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Petitioner, however, may approach the Juvenile Justice Board, Madhubani who will conduct the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. Let the L.C.R. be sent back to the court concerned. (Anjana Mishra, J) amit/- U
