JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.02.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 5846 of 2019, by which, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was conditionally allowed with condition to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to illness the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the time allowed by this Court. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and perused the medical report from which, I am not satisfied, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
