The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 41, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let

Case No. 343 of 2019.
