Case No.15 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 504, 341, 323, 506, 379/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of the ACJM, V, Katihar.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the Informant that the victim girl is a minor aged about 16-17 years. The petitioner established physical relationship with her on the pretext of marrying her on account of which she became pregnant.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail.

Prayer is allowed.
