ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019, in connection with Gobrahia P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he had spread out the net in which the informant's feet had been caught. The main allegation of assault is on Rudal Gope and Hari Bot and not the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, thus, he may be extended the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.71308 of 2019(4) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Gobrahia P.S.
