2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the buffalo of the accused persons grazing buffalo in wheat field of informant and when informant's wife objected the same, the petitioners, in an intoxicated state, abused and assaulted her. When the informant protested, he was also assaulted by the petitioners.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that due to land dispute a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
