At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Patna be directed to dispose off the aforesaid appeal within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court MJC No.2782 of 2023(6) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 today and take consequential action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter, if so warranted. It is directed accordingly.
