JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 194C2 of 2012, disclosing offence under Section 47 (a) (f) of the Excise Act. As per F.I.R. from the Adda of the petitioner, there is recovery of 130 liters of country made liquor. Apart from that he is accused in one more case also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession or from his house and earlier case is of the year 2013. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be considered by the learned
