Case No. 164 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation against accused persons, including the petitioner that they assaulted son of the informant by khanti, rod and other weapons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against her and she is in custody for eight months and she is ready to co-operate in the investigation and charge sheet has been submitted and other co-accused have been granted bail by order dated 12.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53853 of 2018 and by order dated 17.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 78282 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62588 of 2019(6) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner was absconding for a long period and later on she appeared, due to which there is delay in conclusion of trial. In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, once charge has been framed in this case against her, she is at liberty to renew her prayer for bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
