2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 29-05-2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No 8525 of 2019.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that revised PPO has been issued in favour of the petitioner incorporating his due and admissible amounts under the various heads on 17.07.2023, copy of which has been enclosed as Annexure -E to the supplementary show cause on behalf of opposite party no 6. Petitioner's s counsel submits that he would be examining the same and, if there is any dues remaining or any error, which requires to be rectified, he will be taking steps in accordance with law.

4. With liberty as aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
