JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing of the order contained in Memo no. 980 dated 6-82022 (Annexure-9) passed by the respondent no. 3 by which the respondent no. 3 has rejected the Appeal no. 13/2020 filed by the petitioner against the order contained in Memo no. 380 dated 23-3-2020 (Annexure-8) passed by the respondent no. 4 by which the respondent no. 4 has rejected the

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing of the order contained in Memo no.

dated 23-320(Annexure-8) passed by the respondent no. 4 by which the respondent no. 4 has rejected the claim of the petitioner for her selection on the post of Aaganbari Sevika for the Centre No. 312, Ward No. 5 (Ansh) of Panchayat Ujhati, Biraul, Darbhanga by cancelling the selection of the respondent no. 6.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order contained in Memo no. 05 dated 10-12020 (Annexure-7) issued under the signature of the respondent no. 5 by which the respondent no. 6 has been selected on the post of Aaganbari Sevika for the Centre 312, Ward no. 5 (Ansh), Panchayat Ujhati, Biraul, Darbhanga.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to consider and select the petitioner immediately without any

312, Ward No. 5 (Ansh) of Panchayat Ujhati, Biraul, Darbhanga by cancelling the selection of the respondent no. 5 as well as after quashing of the aforesaid orders dated 6-8-2022, 23-32020 and 10-1-2020 (Annexures-9,8 and 7 respectively)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
