2. The petitioner in this case is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Korma P.S. Case No.- 51 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409/ 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He has got three criminal antecedents.

3. As per the prosecution story, in Ward No. 3 of village Gagaur under Plan No. 04/19-20 and Plan No. 03/201920 of Gram Panchayat Raj, the work of earth filling and lying bricks, was checked by Sri Amit Kumar, Senior Deputy Collector, Sheikhpura in which, the then President Premlata Devi, Ward Secretary Ranjit Kewat, Mukhiya Rubi, Ranjana Kumari, Technical Assistant Ranjit Kumar Singh and Panchayat Secretary Vidyanand Prasad have been found guilty of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70042 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 irregularity in the work. The accused persons are jointly involved in mis-appropriation of public money.

4. Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail has been refused by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50413 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has attempted to take this Court through the supervision note which is of a date prior to passing of order of this Court on 23.08.2023.

6. No fresh material has been shown to this Court so as to entertain second application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
