1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to appoint them on the post of Panchayat/Block teacher in the district of Aurangabad.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners, without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, have approached this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioners have directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.18139 of 2022(3) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, for redressal of their grievance.

5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Aurangabad shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal, in accordance with law.
