ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner is having alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a statutory appeal under Section 7-I of the EPF Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner had to approach this Hon'ble Court by way of the present writ petition as the appellate authority, i.e., CGIT-II, Dhanbad was not functioning at the relevant of point. Learned counsel therefore seeks permission of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15006 of 2024(4) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 this Court to approach the CGIT-II, Dhanbad for filing a statutory appeal against the order dated 26.07.2024.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal under Section 7-I of the EPF Act against the order dated 26.07.2024 within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be taken on record and disposed of in accordance with law. If any I.A. is filed by the petitioner seeking any interim orders along with the appeal, the same shall be heard and necessary orders passed.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
