JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority since it is the statutory forum where the petitioners can agitate their grievance and the appellate authority may be in a position to redress the grievances of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.23279 of 2012(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhepura. In case the petitioners file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the petitioners were pursuing the writ petition for the same relief before this Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
