Petitioner seeks bail in Barhaiya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2012 instituted under Section(s) 386, 387/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court.

Perused the report of the Trial Court from which it appears that it is the accused persons, who are delaying the trial. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
