Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the Finance Officer of the University has raised certain objection which according to the petitioner are frivolous and not sustainable in the eye of law. The petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, for payment of retiral dues on different heads and pension.

3. The Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, is directed to take steps to make payment of retiral dues admissible to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
