Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code, 4/6 POCSO Act and 67(B) of the Information and Technology Act,2000.

Co-accused-Sawan Kumar, having same allegation, has already been allowed bail by order dated 21.02.2018 in Cr.Misc.No.61282 of 2017 by a reasoned order vide Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2017. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69131 of 2018(3) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 connection with Darbhanga Town Police Station Case No.69 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
