JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Giriraj Kumari @ Khusboo Kumari the daughter of the informant was married to Amit Kumar the son of petitioner no.1 and 2 and after three days of marriage the petitioner and other in-laws started demanding I-10 Car and due to non-fulfillment, she was being tortured physically and mentally, they did not allow Bidagari of Giriraj Kumari @ Khusboo Kumari and ultimately

Submissions is of false implication and that this case has been lodged after much delay, the police after completing investigation submitted final form but cognizance has been taken, co-accused Kanchan Kumari has been allowed pre-arrest bail and, as such, the petitioner who are old mother-in-law, father-in-law and cousin father-in-law also deserve sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that Kanchan Kumari has been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 18179 of 2017 by another co-ordinate bench of this Court.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravindra Kumar, A.C.J.M. -IVth, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.)
