ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner has come to this Court for a direction to the respondent-authorities to appoint her on the post of Sevika after quashing the appointment of Respondent No.7 and for grant of other ancillary reliefs.

Learned counsel for the State submits that appropriate remedy with regard to the nature of the dispute lies with the District Programme Officer and, therefore, the petitioner must

In view of the aforementioned circumstances, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file her representation before the District Programme Officer, Saran, who shall address himself to the issue and the dispute at hand within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with the representation in which detailed grievances of the petitioner should be enumerated.

Needless to say that the District Programme Officer shall pass an order after giving notice and hearing all the parties. The writ application thus stands disposed of. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U
