JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Mufassil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018 for the offence under Section 414 the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that several criminal cases are pending against the petitioner, but he submits that in the instant case only one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
