JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that several criminal cases are pending against the petitioner, but he is in custody since 26.01.2018 in this case and he has remained in custody approximately for one year.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
