2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21080 of 2024.

3. In view of the reasons stated in paragraph no. 3 of the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Ajay Kumar Mandal and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21080 of 2024 is extended by two weeks' from today.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
