2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 354D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 66E, 67, 67A of the I.T. Act and Under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have made viral the private photographs of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 21.05.2023 and is a student and denying the allegations levelled against him the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69362 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/3 undertakes that he will commit no offence in future.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner was having an affair with the victim and because of some dispute, this case has been filed.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 249 of 2022.

10. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Kurtha Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

11. The petitioner will also give an undertaking that he will delete all his social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms and he will create no fresh account at social media platforms in future.
