In the present writ petition, two reliefs have been sought by the petitioner. On relief relates to payment of salary on the strength of Justice Uday Sinha CommissionJ. During course of argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cheque has been prepared but on account of some reason petitioner could not present himself to receive the same. If the cheque has been prepared in the name of the petitioner, he would approach before the appropriate authority and the authority concerned after proper
Patna High Court CWJC No.21646 of 2013 (2) dt.19-04-2016 verification will do needful.
Another relief related with the provident fund. It is in the nature of contributory provident fund which is maintained by the Provident Fund Commissioner. The matter of liquidation is pending before the Company Court and Court has appointed the Official Liquidator.
In such view of the matter, petitioner should approach before the Official Liquidator for payment of provident fund and Official liquidator after proper verification will take necessary steps for payment of the amount.
With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
