2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50341 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the prayer portion due to inadvertent typographical error "Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda" has been typed instead of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Hilsa, Nalanda", which accordingly corrected in paragraphs 4 & 5 of the order dated 13.08.2019.

4. Let the reference to "Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda" as appearing in paragraphs 4 & 5 of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61279 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 13.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 50341 of 2019 be treated as corrected to read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Hilsa, Nalanda",

5. Order dated 13.08.2019 is modified only to the above extent.

6. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 13.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 50341 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
