Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Shri Vivekanand Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as though the petitioner was put under suspension and a departmental proceeding has been initiated, he has crossed the age of superannuation. As such, suspension has become irrelevant though the departmental proceeding is still pending. In that view of the matter, he states that the writ petition has become infructuous.
