Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated 8.2.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 2048 of 2019 with direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months.

Report of the trial court dated 25.11.2019 indicates that after framing of charges altogether four prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the progress in the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner in Sessions Trial No. 433/2018, is refused. Let the trial be expedited as the petitioner is in custody since 25.1.2018.
