2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 574 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, a minor girl was kidnapped by the petitioner after giving her some psychotropic substance, this has come on the statement of the girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
