Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376(2)(n), 386, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after one and half years of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation. As a matter of fact, petitioner was teacher of the school of the informant but when he demanded for payment of his arrears of salary, the present false case has been lodged with concocted story. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
