Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No.132 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 419, 420 of the IPC, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. II, Supaul.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
