2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to take steps towards creation of Zamabandi in favour of the petitioner after proper verification of record regarding the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 147, Khesra No. 1722 under Mauja Bishanpur Thana No. 245 P.S. and Anchal Pipra, District Supaul and to issue rent receipt after payment of rent by the petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of the writ petition with direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14606 of 2023(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 the Circle Officer, Pipra, Supaul (Respondent No. 7) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 04.08.2021 (Annexure-1).

4. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Pipra, Supaul (Respondent No. 7) to dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
