2. It is informed that District Programme Officer, Madhubani vide letter No.4904 dated 22.12.2023 has directed to make payment to the petitioners and thereafter the payment has been made to them and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph nos.9, 11 and 12 of the show cause filed filed on behalf of opposite party no.5 and as such, the order has been complied.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.5 also admits that speaking order has been passed.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt petition stands disposed.
