ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2019 in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.130 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 379/414/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Sadre Alam, the petitioner's name has surfaced and he is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has clean antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.60442 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.130 of 2018.
