The instant writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent concerned especially respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner filed on 16-07-2025 against his illegal termination from the post of Garmin Awas Sahayak of Gram Panchayat Puran and Rohai, District Arwal.

3. In view of the relief sought by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Arwal is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as contained in Annexure-3 to this writ petition dated 16.07.2025, in accordance with law within eight
