1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, to dispose off the pending appeal, bearing Anganwari Appeal Case No.06 of 2022, within a stipulated time frame.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is pending, the same would definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame as is fixed by this Court.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15063 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
