Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the appointment of respondent no. 5 as Panchayat Shikshak and for directing the respondents to appoint him on the post of Panchayat Teacher.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa, by filing an appropriate application.

It is made clear that if such an application is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5767 of 2017(5) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the person(s) concerned.
