Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition so far as the claim for consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment against 34,540 Assistant Teachers are concerned. However, he submits that the petitioner has undergone specialized training for imparting education to physically challenged and as such he deserves to be considered favourably and be given appointment as Assistant Teacher/Teacher for imparting instruction to physically challenged persons.
The Court in the absence of any specific challenge in
Patna High Court CWJC No.23372 of 2012(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 the matter of appointment or discrimination thereof cannot go into the matter. However, the Court observes that while making appointment of Special Trained Teachers for imparting instruction to physically challenged, the State Authority will see that Specialized Trained Teacher for imparting instruction to physically challenged persons may be given preference who has undergone Special Trained Teachers Degree, in future. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
