2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of total 20 litres of country made liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68011 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court No.1, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Manjhagarh Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
