JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Gadhwa PS Case No. 30 of 2011 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, which was earlier rejected three times vide order dated 13.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4100 of 2019, vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87495 of 2019 and vide order dated 13.2.2023 passed in Cr. Mosc. No. 62880 of 2021.

In compliance of order dt. 3.11.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag 'A'.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69251 of 2023(3) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 The report of learned Addl. Distt. & Sessions JudgeIX, Rohtas at Sasaram dt. 10.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

It is a case of double murder.

In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
