The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Police has arrested the petitioner in Alamganj P.S. Case No.282 of 2018 and, thereafter, on suspicion remanded the petitioner in the instant case.
Petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73411 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S.
